摘要：2015年10月22日，美国查普曼大学（Chapman University）地球科学系 Ramesh P．Singh 终身教授应邀来我所访问交流。Singh教授做了题为“Groundwater Fluctuations，Gas Emissions and Land Surface Temperature： A Possible Link to Atmospheric Anomalies Associated with Earthquakes＂的学术报告。
