摘要:Composition and morphology of Mg-β"-Al2O3 synthesized by sintering/Gao Zhenxin,Liu Baikuan,Fu Qiuhua,Wang Mina//Naihuo Cailiao.-2020,54(1):1 Abstract:The purpose of this study was to characterize the composition and morphology ofβ"-Al2O3 in Na2O-MgO-Al2O3 system.Chemically pure Al2O3,analytically pure MgO,and analytically pure NaHCO3 which was fired at 400°C were mixed at the mass ratio of Na2O:MgO:Al2O3=5:10:85.After shaping,the green body was fired at 1650°C for 3 h to get Mg2+stabilizedβ"-Al2O3(namely Mg-β"-Al2O3).The XRF result shows that the actual composition of the synthetic material is 85.58%Al2O3,9.48%MgO,and 4.80%Na2O,by mass,which has small deviations from the initial composition.
