Summary of Important Policies for Rare Earth Industry in 2019
摘要：Rare earth became the market focus in 2019 not only because of their scarce reserves,non-renewable and difficult separation,but also because they are widely used in agriculture,military and other industries.Rare earth is of great significance of the manufacture of new materials and the development of cuttingedge defense technologies.It plays an irreplaceable role in the fields of fluorescence,magnetism,laser,optical fiber communication,hydrogen storage energy,superconductivity and other materials.However,there are some unreasonable aspects in rare earth production,so the central government issued a number of rare earth policies in 2019 to stabilize the rational and effective development of rare earth industry.
