A 3000-ton rare earth metal alloy project got approved in Ganzhou
摘要：A 3000-ton rare earth metal alloy project of Ganzhou Hengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. got approved recently. The project is located in Xunwu Industrial Park and it is a new project. Products of the project includes didymium alloy, GdFe alloy, DyFe alloy and HoFe alloy produced by the purchased didymium oxide, gadolinium oxide, dysprosium oxide and holmium oxide or didymium fluoride, gadolinium fluoride, dysprosium fluoride and holmium fluoride through mixing, electrolytic furnace pretreatment, molten salt electrolysis, casting and other processes. The alkaline neutralization precipitated slag and water spray precipitated slag produced in the production process will be dried by electric furnace and crushed by ramon mill for comprehensive reutilization. After the completion of the project, the annual output of rare earth alloys will be 3,000 tons.
