摘要：1.Overview of rare earth market in November Rare earth market remained weak from November1?7.Inquiries were inactive.Price and turnover of mainstream products kept stabilized in weak.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the 2019 quotas for rare earth mining,and smelting&separation products on November 8.The quotas for rare earth mining,and smelting&separation products increased 12,000 tons in 2019.
