摘要：The soft clause of the letter of credit(L/C)is a very difficult problem in international trade practice.Starting with the causes of the soft clause of L/C,this paper analyzes the methods of recognization and preventive measures,Providing knowledge and skills reserve for international trade students which entering the workplace.
