摘要：In the late 1990s and early 2000s,China gradually became a textile supply and manufacturing center.However,due to the labor force cost and raw materials price and other factors,the depth of China's participation in the global textile division of labor decreases year by year,and it is not uncommon for the whole industry to transfer production capacity to southeast Asian countries.European and American textiles and apparel enterprises and even many Chinese groups also set up their new factories in India,Vietnam and other southeast Asian countries.In the year of COVID,the virus has an effect on every place in the world.So how was the textile industry in southeast Asia?And how did it affect the whole world?
